What happens during a bridal consultation? Is it free?

Absolutely free. Typically, we sit down for a about half an hour to an hour and discuss all the florals you’ll need for your wedding. I will show you my portfolio and offer ideas and suggestions. I also ask that you bring pictures of flowers that you like and pictures of gowns or samples of fabrics if possible. Together, we come up with a style and color scheme that defines your wedding day. At the end of the consultation, I provide you with a quote for the flowers that you’ve chosen.

Do you require a minimum amount spent in order to accept a wedding?

No! Some brides only require bridal party flowers and we don’t penalize them for it! No matter how small your request, we are happy to fulfill it.

Can you recommend other wedding vendors to me?

Of course! Over the years, I’ve worked with tons of different people and companies in the wedding industry. In doing so, I’ve come to recommend my favorites based on their talent, personality, professionalism and integrity. In other words, these vendors take as much pride in their work as I do. If you’re in need of a specific vendor, I’d be happy to recommend my favorites.

Will you work with my budget?

Of course. Tell me what you’ve chosen to spend on flowers and we’ll design florals within your budget. Often times we will go back and forth with different ideas in order to accommodate your desires while keeping a budget in mind.

Will you match another florist’s wedding quote?

Every florist has his or her favorite growers and suppliers. Having said that, I use the highest quality flowers and hard goods available and therefore cannot match another florist’s quote just for the sake of matching it. I may use a different rose grower that he or she, or I might choose to get my specialty flowers from a local grower that has a pricier but better quality product. The bottom line with me is that you always get your money’s worth and then some. No one has ever complained that they thought our arrangements were skimpy. On the contrary, most people can’t believe how much floral material we put into our designs.
